Log into your qrdgame account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic devices in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
